Alim Jivraj was appointed President in 2019, becoming the second generation to lead the family company. Under his direction, the group has expanded its genuine-parts supply network, extended operations into new markets, and formalized the training and certification standards every technician must meet before entering a customer's home.
His management philosophy is straightforward: quotations are honoured as written, warranties are honoured without dispute, and every service call is treated as a long-term relationship rather than a single transaction. That consistency has earned the company the continued trust of homeowners, builders, property managers, and public institutions across Alberta.

1996 — The company is established in Edmonton
